Is the cohort open to everyone?
Yes. The cohort welcomes all early-career and returning women. The program was designed to serve women who are navigating career transitions, seeking promotion, or stepping into leadership for the first time.
What is the VIP pathway?
A dedicated, high-touch option that centers women of color with personalized coaching. VIP participants receive three private 1:1 coaching sessions with Coach Wendy, priority artifact review, and a personalized roadmap.
What is the time commitment?
Weekly 90-minute sessions plus 2-3 hours of applied work. The cohort meets weekly for 8 weeks. AI Wisdom Labs are held on Saturdays in Weeks 4-7 from 10am-11am.
Are scholarships available?

When does the cohort begin?
Cohort dates and start times will be communicated after your Clarity Call and enrollment is confirmed.
